Super Tack gets Thicker Quicker

Super Tack is a new formulation that provides easy mixing without lumping while yielding the fastest viscosity vs. time available. Super tack yields 80 percent of peak viscosity in 5 minutes after mixing and 90% of peak by 15 minutes so time isn’t wasted waiting on the product to thicken before application.

The fast viscosity buildup and concentrated bonding assures that the network of fiber, adhesive and soil will bond into a soil holding matrix to:

*Anchor Mulch, seed and fertilizer in place until vegetation can take root.

*Prevent Soil and sand erosion and fugitive dust.

IMPROVED SOLUBILITY: Super Tack is 93 percent soluble while lower end tackifiers are only 50 to 80 percent soluble. You are buying an active ingredient rather than insoluble residue that does not contribute to effective and even distribution of the adhesive in the mulch.

IMPROVED VISCOSITY: Super Tack has over 200 times the viscosity at the same concentration when compared to lower end tackifiers. This is a most important property for several reasons:

*The lubrication effect enhances machine pump performance and creates a more uniform and controllable spray pattern.

*Viscosity keeps the tackifier in contact with the fiber during the application trajectory and prevents drainoff once impact with the ground has occurred.

*Viscosity controls the rate the tackifier weeps off into the soil and maintains fiber contact until curing can set up the final bond.

IMPROVED STRENGTH: Super Tack will provide the same adhesive performance at one third to one half the dosage of competing low end tackifers. Super Tack also resists rewetting to give superior rain drop impact resistance.
